Urban Karma is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of forming and managing successful teams, along with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness of and develop the brand.
• Develop marketing campaigns.
• Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
• Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
• Promotional activities.
• Compiling and distributing financial statistical information.
• Writing and proofreading creative copy.
• Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics.
• Assist organising events and product exhibitions.
• Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organisation’s culture.
• Monitoring performance.
• Managing campaigns on social media.
• Work closely with external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.

Person Specification

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in team formation, leadership, and management.
• Strong understanding of market trends and customers’ needs in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills in both English.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
• 2 years relevant experience.

Desired

• Speak Hindi as have to communicate with team in India.
